Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment only on our site, please call us if you wish to pay using your Maestro/Electron card. Shipping is currently limited to within the UK from the online site, if you are outside this area contact us on 01594 822202. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, however, items that need to be backordered require payment in full. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please note that ALL electrical items (coils,switches,etc) can only be returned for credit as long as they are still in original supplied condition and the contacts/connectors show no sign of fitment.

Shipping And Handling We select the most efficient delivery method depending upon the nature of products ordered. Small items that are lightweight are normally sent by post. Larger or heavyweight items are sent by carrier. If your order value is under £10.00, we add £3.00 P&P (unless the item is heavy) and send it 1st class. If the item is lightweight, then the postage will be charged accordingly i.e. £1.00. Between £10.00 and £100.00, items are normally sent by ROYAL MAIL or carrier (INTERLINK) Again, this depends upon the size and weight of parcel. Our carriage charge varies due to the nature of goods and weight. Small items cost £5.50. Larger items 1-7kg costs £6.85. Above this weight or a large consignment costs £8.50 (please be assured that we've negotiated with many firms and this is our best fully insured rate available,we actually subsidise part of the charge ourselves). Over £100.00, shipping is £5.50 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE OF £5.00 IF CARD PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.

Delivery Schedule Orders are assembled (subject to stock availability) within 48 hours, delivery time depends upon bulk of package etc but would not normally be longer than 3-4 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However, we do require payment in full (unless the item is a special order). You will always be contacted with a delivery date and the option to cancel your order before payment is taken.

Tax Charges Vat at 17.5% VAT is included in the price you see. Online ordering is currently limited to within the UK.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
